Orders take approximately 10-14 business days to ship. If they are going to take longer we will reach out to you.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are handled on an individual basis. Custom orders are non-refundable. In most cases as long as your order has not been made, you will be eligible for a full refund.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is placed you will receive email updates about your order including tracking information once it is shipped.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Any custom order placed (including bleached shirts) are CUSTOM MADE. Bleach designs will not always be exact, but will be close as possible. Custom orders, such a as birthday designs, family vacation designs, etc. will always be created and fulfilled by Southern Mama Creations.
